Anastasia was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and listened to my needs. She worked on areas that I knew were tight and educated me on proper stretching techniques for my goals. As a former college athlete, stretching and mobility is something I know is important but is currently lacking in my workout routine. I'd recommend Anastasia and StretchLab to anyone looking to work on flexibility or add something to their recovery routine.
My session with Anastasia exceeded all expectations! She is clearly very genuine in her effort to help others with their mobility goals. I showed up for a stretch after a long run amidst my marathon training and she was very patient with any tightness and aches that I had been dealing with. She did a great job walking me through each stretch, telling me what I should expect to feel, and explaining how each movement would help benefit both my running as well as my general mobility. I also appreciate the clean and organized studio. Overall this was a very great experience.

I do weight training and been having issues with general mobility and tightness at specific spots. I go to PT for this; and went in to StretchLab for a consult session. Beautiful clean space; and the stretches we did felt really good. In my PT exercises I can already see results; I improved in range of motion on several exercises. Definitely recommend!
I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and highly recommend stretchlab. Everyone is fantastic and the whole staff is so helpful. I’ve been stretching with Anastasia lately and she is awesome. I love her energy and also how she brings some of her yoga stretching knowledge and it’s made a big difference with my tight hips and shoulders. She also recommends easy at home stretches to do in between coming here.
Highly recommend getting started with Stretch Lab! I've been working with Lulu for a few months now and have noticed such a difference in my flexibility and mobility. She does a great job assessing your strengths and meeting you where you are. Its crazy how much of a difference I have noticed in my workouts since seeing her regularly. Lulu is the best!!
