Nico is amazing! He is always mindful and attentive to my individual needs and tailors every session to help alleviate the pain and/or tightness I may be experiencing that day. He is very knowledgeable and professional and has helped with with my lower back issues and sciatic nerve pain. I enjoyed the location at Stone Oak and the larger size of that facility. The staff was very welcoming. I appreciated being acknowledged when I walked in. Nico is so friendly and personable and is easy to talk to. I have been receiving treatment for over a year now and I am very grateful that this facility exits! I have seen improvements in my flexibility and the pain in my lower back has improved tremendously!

Just finished my fourth appointment and really enjoying the stretching sessions. Great to be working with Sarah. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. Just a good person. Already noticing a marked improvement in my over all range of motion. Highly recommend the service.

Brandi was great helping me get an appointment that fit my busy schedule. Sarah went out of her way to get me in when I needed. Sarah is really great. She is professional, super positive and very knowledgeable about her work. Great experience overall.

Our initial experience was amazing. Nico was very nice and made us feel comfortable from the first few minutes of our session. He made sure that he educated my son on every aspect of the stretching and why it was important to him as an athlete. We are looking forward to our future sessions.
