StretchLab

I began going here a few weeks ago . After first stretch and evaluation, TC recommended I come twice a month . I certainly agree ! This is physical therapy on steroids for me . The guided stretches, breathing and putting my muscles through full range of motion is helping me with my chronic pain condition . I am a senior and have significant arthritis in neck and spine . Adding this to my treatment plan is already paying off . I would recommend giving them a try . I have gone to three sessions now and feel the benefits are well worth it .

Love Dee the best stretcher but sad that General manager fired another great stretcher Alex, Honestly Would’ve been Five stars if they didn’t.

Stretching has been a very helpful addition to my husband's and my own physical wellness routine. All of the instructors are great! Zane is not only knowledgeable in his techniques, but is also a consummate professional who is encouraging, kind and provides very individualized care. We highly, highly recommend StretchLab and Zane!!!

I've been going here for over 2 months now. Zane has helped me with my lower back injury I received from squatting a heavy amount of weight at the gym. I had the injury for about 10 months and it felt like it wasn't improving much at all. After seeing him twice a week for a little over a month I was able to go to the gym consistently and felt so much better. I went from struggling to sit down to going to the gym all of the time again. I will be starting jiu jitsu in about 2 months too. If I would've never came here I would still probably be struggling to just sit down. I highly recommend this place and Zane! The people here are super nice too. 5 stars!

I Started at the Stretch lab in Atlantic Beach with Zane Dickerson and I followed him to Mandarin just to get in all my time. He is very personable and friendly. Stretch lab has been good for my health!
