StretchLab

The stretch lab in Carlsbad Ca helped me tremendously. I went from almost giving up golf to playing 18 holes without pain. Even the simple things in life like picking up things to climbing into bleachers are now easier. I am 74 and am more flexible now than the last 10 years. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I believe everyone would benefit from their skills. If there was a 6star rating I would give them a 6.

This is my favorite stretch lab and I’ve been to quite a few in the area. It is clean and well kept. Every single employee is well trained and are great at what they do. Kirsten is always at the desk and greets clients with a warm welcome. She knows clients by name and is so personable and it shows that she really cares. Employees are attentive and take notes about my injuries and progress so that no matter who I book an appointment with I can stay on track and make progress towards recovery. I started coming to Stretch Lab after an intercostal muscle tear turned into costochondritis and then in quick succession I got tennis elbow and a rotator cuff tear on right shoulder - all within months of each other. I literally was in chronic pain and suffering from even basic movements. I am seeing a physical therapist but needed accountability and help stretching all these areas so that I could return to normal activity levels and work. I am now getting back on track and have seen a huge improvement in my health and flexibility. I would recommend this service to everyone! They have made a huge difference in my quality of life and this location is the best!

Signing up for Strechlab has been the best thing I have done to help elevate much of my back and muscle pain. The staff is always super knowledgeable and taylors the sessions to my specific needs. I am so grateful I found this place!

Really impressed by the knowledge and care provided by the great team, especially Eric. The assisted stretch is much more customized and specific than what I expected. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for improving flexibility, recovering from an injury or just want to reduce pain.
