Someone suggested this to me as an alternative to massage. They did not mislead me. Left after 1 session feeling better that I have in months. Planning on coming back every week.
UPDATE: I have been going every week for a 50 minute stretch and I have almost full range of motion in my shoulder after a rotator cuff injury. I always feel refreshed when I leave and Brian is absolutely phenomenal!
I went in for my first stretch and had a great experience! Nick was really good at walking me through what each stretch was focusing on and how it could help me with my problem areas. He made me feel very comfortable and the rest of the team was super friendly. I left feeling informed and relaxed. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s interested.
If you’re in the Fort Mill area and are even remotely interested in seeing what PNF stretching can do for your recovery or just your body in general, go to stretch lab and try it for yourself (when you do so ask for Hannah). This location has a super welcoming feeling (shout out to Hannah), the practitioners are incredible at what they do (Hannah) and go out of their way to make stretching educational (Hannah), enjoyable (Hannah), and productive (Hannah). Overall this place, including Hannah, is awesome!
Name dropping aside, seriously go check this place out! You won’t regret!
…
Oh, and don’t forget to ask for Hannah!
Bryan was awesome. He made me very comfortable there. He explained everything that he was doing. His attitude and friendliness made my decision to do this for at least three more months. I’m sure everyone there is just as nice as he is. The young lady at the front was so welcoming!
This was my 1st experience with Assisted Stretching and it was awesome! Nick was great and he made the experience personal & beneficial! Kudos! I have purchased 3 more sessions and may get a membership in the future, if my schedule allows! Keep it up guys! This is fantastic!
