Alicia is fantastic. She always alleviates tightness and tension by warming up with muscle gun. The relief throughout after a stretch session with her is amazing. She has a great energy! Angela is another one of my favorites. She is very attentive and has been very helpful in my progress. I definitely leave walking taller and feeling better.
