Amazing staff! Very attentive and tailor their stretching skills to meet you needs. Remember though, you'll need to put in the work between studio sessions, by stretching at home too.

The newly hired front desk staff has proven to be inexperienced at dealing with conflict. My family and I were members at this location under the former management, Alexis and former front desk representative as well. After we fulfilled the membership contract on Dec 29, 2022, we ended the business relationship on good terms without any outstanding balance. It was communicated that everything was good and I even received a final cancelation email. I never heard from anyone at Stretch Lab since. In August 2023, I reached out only to purchase a 3-pack special during the promotion they had. Afterwards, I went to a 25-min session with Lily who is excellent and always so kind! That night, the front desk staff couldnt figure out why I only had 1 session available to use towards that visit. My pre-paid package was not reflecting in their system. I was assured that everything was fine because I just bought a 3-pack session. My son had an appt for Sept 1st and I found out there was a past unpaid balance from 2022 that was never brought to my attention until that date. I was then told my son's appt would be covered. Later that evening, they charged my card without my prior authorization. The excuse given is that the system did all of this. The front desk staff willingly stated that Alexis the former manager got fired. It's important to have managers step in when there are glitches in the system and have an owner that can handle exceptions to the system. This is unfair practice and this is still unresolved. Front desk should require more experienced individuals in handling customer situations that are more complex. I'm requesting a callback from corporate, the owner, or the manager to address their errors and fix this entire case. Thank you and God bless! -Myrna

I tried the introduction stretch to see if it was worth it, I regret choosing 25 minutes instead of 50! My purpose was trying to see if it would be worth investing for our athlete-daughter. I ended up investing in the 8-session family plan! My husband and I workout 3-4 times a week and I think this will help us as well, especially as we get older. Angello at the Ocoee location was great and provided great tips for me when stretching before and after my workouts. The family plan are sessions shared between all listed members. They use a digital assessment to see your level of flexibility (don't worry it's just 3 easy squats) and discuss your area of need and your goals.

The team at this location was so helpful to my wife and I. As soon we stepped into the facility in Ocoee they we warm and welcoming. Our Flexologist was very knowledgeable and went through every stretch, while holding up a conversation. Very talented and made both us feeling rejuvenated. Especially after my post workout this was a necessity for my day! Great job and keep impacting people's lives through every stretch of life!
