I went to the Anderson Location today for the first time and doing this type of experience. I usual get Deep Tissue Massages. I really enjoyed this experience and Kara did an excellent job stretching me as well as explaining what is going on. I feel alot better and learned a few new stretching technique's as well! Nice job and I will be going back again soon!
I liked the concept and was going weekly as much as possible. My insurance paid for it. But Stretch Lab charged a booking fee when I was sick and couldn't make it. I called as soon as I knew my chronic illness, dysautonomia, wouldn't let me out of bed. The guy on the phone thanked me for not coming in sick. I understand the concept of booking fees. But in these post shutdown days, the practice is impractical as an absolute. Bottom line, I'm not going back.
First time customer Nicole D was great.
She explained everything very well and I appreciate her for being patient with me during my session. You don’t know how much this is needed until you do it. I would definitely recommend this location, I’m very pleased.

I had a lumpectomy recently and am currently in radiation. The MAPS accurately showed the tension on my left side from me guarding the area unconsciously. Sara was very attentive and helped relax and release the tension in my muscles. I feel more balanced and flexible now. Great experience!
Great experience today at the StretchLab Anderson. Staff was super welcoming and friendly. My “stretchologist” (not sure what the correct term is but the guy who stretched me lol), Hunter, was very attentive & professional. I LOVE that they use technology to figure out the areas that need attention. I felt pretty good after my stretch and the overall experience was very relaxing. Highly recommend.
