It was my first session, and Kaitlyn was kind, respectful, and communicated clearly. I was a little worried about pain, but I felt comfortable during and after the session. I’m glad I had a woman stretch me; I would personally feel uncomfortable being in the stretched positions with a man. They allow you to choose what is best for you. Overall, I highly recommend. Thank you!

Our daughter has worked with many different members on staff and they all are amazing!! She was able to play her first full soccer game without pain last night and her running gate was normal again. I am so grateful for all of you!!

I’ve been going to StretchLab for almost a year now. It’s definitely improving my mobility which translates into better workouts and feeling better daily. Working with Emma has been great she is very knowledgeable and has been very considerate of my injuries and does a great job of helping regain mobility in these areas. Highly recommend!
