Great place to go, definitely get stretched in the places I need it. Only thing that sucks is parking especially if you go during the weekend, so just go 20-30 mins early so you can find a parking spot. Veronica is my go to stretch therapist, she’s great and she walks you through the whole session and adjusts if needed.

Had my first stretch with Mikel was great in explaining each stretch. He was kind and made me feel very comfortable. Also got a good stretch to do on my own! Thank you Mikel, looking forward to my next stretch session.

I have been attending sessions with Kersian here the last 5 months, and I have been so pleased with my experience and results. Kersian is exceptional. His professionalism and knowledge have greatly exceeded my expectations. Our work together has made such a difference in my daily life and has helped me avoid pain and injuries I have suffered in the past due to my demanding work schedule and sedentary job. During the years I have tried all kinds of excersises Pilates, yoga, taichi, gym, I had personal trainers, but STRETCH LAB has done miracles for me I highly recommend it, Austin is my favorite but everyone in this facility o. Carson and Lakewood are excellent
