Horrible experience. Needed to reschedule and the young lady rescheduled did not explain you will still be charged if you reschedule. Then I show up for an appointment and they can’t even find me in the system. Rep was more interested in arguing about what I failed to do instead of providing a customer service and refunding my money when their people failed to mention a cancellation fee. I will not be back and advice you avoid as well Your response is a prime example of your lack of professionalism. I canceled appointments in advance and not the day of. The appointment I did show up to your team could not find me in the system. So I wasted my gas because you all were not capable of managing your systems. Yes the service I finally received was fantastic. My issue is the person that handled the call in response to be being double charged. It is your teams responsibility to let me know there is a fee for rescheduling. Should I charge you a fee for wasting my time driving up there for an appointment you all messed up scheduling. Learn proper customer service Of course your response to an African American customer would be thanks but we don’t want your business anymore. I’m sure you would bend over backwards to provide the best customer service possible to your white customers

This place is amazing! In just one 30 minute visit, I saw immediate results. Pain disappeared, range of motion improved, and cool/calm as a cucumber when I left. THANKS Amber!!

I miss going here. Sean was actually fantastic and very helpful, but other than that, the whole “credit” for a drop in is really confusing. They charged my card and tried to say I used it and then tried to charge me again. Just disappointed in the potential of this place and really wish it could have ended differently.

First time visit and it was a phenomenal experience. The whole atmosphere was clean, modern and engaging. Bri did a great job describing what we were stretching and why and her instructions were clear and concise. Turns out I'm much more flexible than I realized but I can totally see the benefit of returning consistently.

This morning, I got up had coffee, took a shower and went to work. It took me half a day to realize its the first time in weeks I haven't woken up with back pain.
