I must say that i did enjoy my stretch experience and the stretch staff did seem to be pretty knowledgeable. That said the management customer service skills are lacking! I signed up and the initial subscription is for three months. Realizing that my schedule didn’t make sense to pay for the subscription and drop ins work better for me, I tried to cancel my subscription. You have to speak to management in order to cancel. Not knowing this, at the time, I canceled, in person, after one of my sessions. The gentlemen was very helpful and said that I have to cancel through management and gave me the email to reach out. I did and received a quick response from the assistant manager, Daniel (Dan) asking why I wanted to end my wellness journey, as well as trying to convince me to stay. I very politely replied, saying it just doesn’t make sense with my ever changing schedule and would prefer to make appointments as I see fit. I also asked if they can please send over confirmation of cancellation. Never heard a response back. I was charged again!! Of course, now I’m upset about the situation. I sent an email, asking about the situation and why I was never sent a confirmation and was told that I didn’t cancel within the proper time frame. A simple email response would have stopped me from leaving two bad reviews. I was trying to cancel but had to jump through hoops to do so! The same individual replied with a manager title, this time. I called to speak to someone about the charges and why I never received a confirmation of cancellation. Daniel conveniently got promoted when I asked to speak to his supervisor. As someone who has been in customer service for 20+ yrs, I am not impressed. After reading other peoples reviews, I learned I wasn’t alone in this. I absolutely do not recommend signing up for the subscription. As they make it very difficult to cancel.

Adrianna is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. She cares about you improving. She has made a drastic improvement in my range which has helped my back, golf game, and my wrists. Highly recommend! And she is super nice!

When I first saw the ad come across my Facebook feed, I thought “could it be possible someone came up with a business model made specifically for me?” I’m a fairly active guy and love the gym and golf course, but can’t bring myself to get into stretching my muscles and body. I just don’t enjoy it. Enter Stretch Lab. From my initial appointment to now going on 5 months, it’s been an absolute miracle for how much better I feel and the increased range of motion. To top it all off, literally every team member here is an amazing balance of professional and personable. Luke, Dre, Alejandro, Joseph, JULIAN and the rest of the crew each have fantastic personalities and healing touch.

Nayah is great! I always get a great stretch with her. She always stretch’s me to just the right point and gives me stretch exercises for home to help me improve my areas of concern.

Love StretchLab! Very personable staff and Flexologists. Always enjoy my stretch session with Dre. I leave feeling loose and relaxed. Thanks Dre!
