StretchLab

I have been coming to the StretchLab for the past few weeks and it is AMAZING! I feel so great after my stretch. It really helps with tension, muscle pain/soreness, and relieves my stress! I highly recommend and will keep coming every week!

I went to the Mason Stretch Lab yesterday for my first-ever assisted stretch. Logan was amazing. He took his time to explain what he was doing. He talked me through the stretches. I’ll be back weekly so I can continue to improve my flexibility and mobility. Thank you Stretch Lab and Logan!

The Mason Stretch lab facility is super clean & inviting & my flexologist Logan was a game changer in assisting me with much needed stretch! Highly recommend all shapes, sizes & ages to try this Stretch to make you feel the comfort & flexibility needed after a 25/50 minute session. Hope they extend hours as they grow!

I have enjoyed getting to know the StretchLab, Mason, staff. They are very professional and helpful. I had not participated in assisted stretching before and I found my flexologist, Lizzie, to be very caring, patient and thorough. She listened to my concerns and made suggestions and adjustments to my stretches on each of my visits. The cost of a stretch roughly mirrors that of a licensed massage therapist. At StretchLab, they design their packages so that the more you sign on for, the lower the cost per stretch. I left each session feeling better than I did walking in. I highly recommend StretchLab, Mason, to anyone who believes they might benefit from assisted stretching.
