Getting support from Stretch Lab to eleviate muscle tension has improved my mobility and flexibility. My child plays soccer and the sessions work wonders for him as Stretch Lab is apart of his training and recovery routine. The center is streamlined, clean, a little chilly so carry a light sweater. I love the quality clothing line they have in the merch section. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the tech they use for assessing the functionality of my body. I'm super glad I got in there when I did.
