I have had a pleasure of stretching with a lot of the staff…they are all great!!! I am in a space grief after losing my love ones. I have recently connected with Arturo! Arturo is beautiful at balancing breathing, relaxing while progressing to deep stretches. I always leave out with a relaxing smile and delightful see you later! OMG, what an amazing place. I’ve been a customer, and client of “Enemy” and I can tell after a few sessions that this place is fabulous. I’ve had the luxury of experiencing the full 50 minutes sessions, and a detailed after action breakdown of a plan of action. The location is perfect, and the store is pleasant, large and spacious for stretching. There is also equipment and merchandise to purchase if you really want to immerse yourself into the experience. Would highly recommend the StretchLab of Arlington, VA.

I had a great first visit! James gave me a good stretch and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would so I booked again for two weeks and signed up for a package. Wish I could afford to go several times a week because it was so relaxing and felt great.
