Can't attest to their therapeutic value (I had an appointment but did not end up getting stretched). 2 stars is more about the business practice itself. Perhaps others will have a better experience.
The staff that stretch you are great. But i would not recommend this place. The management is terrible. You get miss communication when you sign up and told to cancel at the beginning of your 2nd month if you want to cancel.your membership. When I tried to do this no one answered the phone and i left a voice message. I was called back for over a week later. I talked to a male employee who told me I cannot cancel without being charged and his manager would call me, and week later she has not. Received a 2nd call from a female employee who today heard for voice message from 2 weeks ago and was calling me back. She said there was no documentation that I wanted to cancel my membership anywhere in the system or that her manager was notified.
Not impressed. I signed up through Facebook, which was my first mistake because I got about 30 text messages. It was very difficult to get a desired time. And in all of those texts it should have disclosed that I needed to wear socks. I wore tennis shoes but I had no idea socks were needed. So then I had to spend $16 on a pair of $5 socks. I should have left at that point, that is my fault. My flexer, Alex was nice but not very knowledgeable in what I needed help with. I needed a specific area targeted and I had to explain what and where the muscles where. Also, checking could have been made easier by emailing information needed and not have to discuss my health concerns in front of other patrons. It was not noted in my account that I was given a promotional price. So now the manager has to call to get my card number over the phone to pay for the services. I will look for a more knowledgeable provider.
I went for the first time today and the place was very clean, everyone was very professional and I enjoyed it more than I expected. Marianna was awesome. She was polite and professional and walked me through everything she was doing and even gave me some stretches I could do at home. And when I was done they didn’t try to pressure me into signing up again. Great all around experience. I will be back
