5 STARS- Sergio's stretching session was transformative. He customized my stretch based on an analysis to make sure the areas that needed attention were covered during the stretch. This helped enhance my flexibility and easing tension in certain positions. In his approach he ensured my comfort and safety. The studio and Sergio's guidance creates an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The session was not just physically beneficial but also mentally. I left feeling refreshed, euphoric and invigorated. I will be adding this to my regular personal care routine!
I had an great experience! The staff is friendly, welcoming and full of energy. I ran into the owner Nick and he was very kind to help me pick out grip socks before my session. It's clean, refreshing aromas and soft music that sets the tone before your session. My first stretch was with Serena and she does a phenomenal job. She was patient, attentive to my pressure points and I was comfortable will sharing my personal concerns.
My husband and I went in for a demo stretch and we both left feeling great. For the rest of the day and even a few days after my husband kept mentioning how good he felt. Everyone was friendly and attentive. We spoke with the owner and the manager for a while and they were very helpful. Both of us received amazing stretches from Lipton and Sergio. We signed up and are excited to continue to frequent this location.
Not only was the staff welcoming , but extremely knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed learning how essential stretching is to maximum results. I highly recommend a visit to this user friendly location !! I wish I could had more than five stars because my experience was bar none
Visiting the new StretchLab location in Mableton is truly a treat. The facility is brand new, clean, and the staff was inviting. I had a demo stretch with stretchologist DC and she did an amazing job with gauging tension and knowing the appropriate amount of additional tension to add to challenge my stretch beyond my typical comfort zone. Some key takeaways from my session were my hamstrings and back are stiff, mainly due to my career. I signed up for a stretch package and I am looking forward to the soft opening on November 18, 2023 so that I can start to take advantage of my membership and services. Please visit this location as soon as possible. It’s an amazing offering for the Mableton community, wellness benefits (FSA, HSA friendly) and self-care.
