I went for a 25 minute session with Cindy and she was great. Really helped loosen my muscles that were tight from my workouts. She also showed me some moves I could do to increase my hip flexor strength that I’ll definitely be implementing!

Mollie was friendly and engaging while maintaining a professional approach to the stretching. She was respectful of my injury and personal boundaries. I highly recommend her as a practitioner.
I’m a massage therapist and yoga teacher myself and understand the benefits of passive stretching vs. active stretching. I had the pleasure of my first session being with Gretchen and she was just phenomenal. Even with the massage and yoga I’ll definitely be back regularly. It’s like an oil change but for your body not your car and it’s fantastic. Will be doing this regularly for sure!
