Shelby was my stretch therapist today and she was so great! She made the process comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone on staff was welcoming as well. If you’re on the fence, just try it after your next race/workout. You’ll absolutely love it!

Can not say enough good things about Downtown Indy StretchLab! The atmosphere is welcoming & the Flexologists are friendly & knowledgeable. My weekly 50 min session is a highlight of my week! Miranda has my issues dialed in & I feel fantastic when I leave. Be good yourself, try it!

Great experience every time. Everyone I have worked with there is fantastic.Delaney does a great job explaining what she was going to do with each stretch. I have been playing a lot of Pickleball so feeling tight and sore. After Delaney stretched me I felt so much better, the tightness was gone. I enjoy the conversations in the room, just never know what topic will come up, music, sports, weather. Great place to go when you know you need to stretch but not good at doing on your own. Highly recommend.

My first trip to a Stretch Lab. This was a pleasant experience in a relaxed atmosphere. I was thankfully there during a slow period of the day, which helped the calm setting. My therapist Shelby had a good bedside manner and helped me get a good stretch.

Jordyn carefully planned the stretch treatment based on my requests and her knowledge of anatomy. She explained each stretch and was slow and deliberate. She verifies how the stretch is affecting me so I was in control based on how my body felt. I think every guest will enjoy her style and personality!
