I highly recommend Stretch Lab! It’s amazing how good I feel after having been stretched! The staff are all pleasant and welcoming. Leah always asks if I have any problem areas that I would like worked on! Definitely worth checking out!

I’ve had a couple stretches now and have already noticed a notable difference in range of motion and mobility! Both Kylie and Leah have been amazing! The atmosphere is relaxing and the facility and staff are impeccable! Highly recommend!

Stretch Lab is amazing! I’ve only encountered genuinely nice flexologists there. They’re all professional and explain what they’re doing as they stretch. It’s amazing how good you feel after a stretch!

EDIT: I spoke with Dave and he reassured me that my membership was canceled and I would not be charged for any additional months. I very much appreciated him circling back and making sure that this was all taken care of- sincere and good customer service! -- I have no complaints with the stretch sessions; everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What has been challenging is canceling the package I signed up for. My schedule has dramatically changed so I requested a cancellation 10 days ago. I expected to be charged for October, but wanted to verify I wouldn’t be charged for November, and at least have some idea of what to expect going forward. I haven’t received any additional information about this. I would advise that if you’re thinking of signing up, be 100% certain you won’t need to cancel.

I have been getting stretched here for 2 months and am seeing a difference in my mobility. The flexologist are so great. They listen to you and your body. They also offer stretches you can do at home. Which is so nice! So glad to have this here in Appleton.
