StretchLab

I’ve been frequenting StretchLab on West Kennedy Blvd for about a year now. I opt for 50 minute sessions, I was doing twice per week but I've had to scale it back to once a week due to an intense work schedule. This place is beyond amazing, all of the stretchers who have tended to me have been professional, knowledgeable, upbeat, friendly and overall a huge help for the chronic muscle tension and injuries that brought me here in the first place. I've scheduled with Lily, Bailey, Taryn, Jessica, and Allison and have been super impressed by each and every one of them. Thank for StretchLab, for all that you do to help your client base!

StrechLab & Tyler B has been a great addition to my overall well-being journey. I have RA and mobility without lots of stiffness & pain can be challenging some days. Within 3 sessions, my daily pain level has dropped considerably. Tyler is very effective at his craft and super nice. The staff is really nice and welcoming also. Alex was the person I spoke with on the phone when inquiring about their service and started my program. He's been very accommodating with scheduling changes due to work.

Casey is my go to therapist, but everyone is great here. Huge benefits for fitness and overall well being through professional assisted stretching. I always feel sooo much better when I walk out!

I’ve just started my fourth month now at StretchLab and love this place. My appointments are with Taryn and she is is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable, professional and has helped me with muscle movement and flexibility that I didn’t know I could reach. My mobility has improved along with some shoulder pain that I’ve been struggling with for over two years. Stretching has so many benefits and I highly recommend it.
