StretchLab

Really loved StretchLab for my intro stretch with Kiley (my mom had Kae): both were fabulous and have skills beyond stretch (personal training, yoga, and massage/muscle energy work) to draw upon also. I'm an ex-ballet dancer and my mom is a physician, so we represent a good spread of flexible to super tight/office worker. They were definitely able to stretch places that you can't stretch by yourself, and they use strain/counter strain & proprioception. They let you determine the stretch depth/comfort level and always check in and monitor your breaths to maximize the stretch. No hard sell, but the subscription has a major discount/session that makes it reasonable vs. the drop in-rate, cheaper than a typical massage. Will re-review after a few months for long-term thoughts!

Had a great intro stretch with Kiley. She explained everything as she was doing it and always made me feel comfortable. 2 days later I’m already realizing the increased mobility and range of motion. I’ll be back for sure!

Wonderful experience first two sessions. Had to lose last session even though l paid for it because there is no parking. It was suggested l park in Publix's lot. Not in the mood to have to recover towed vehicle because l parked in another businesses lot to utilize another facility. Looking for another location with ample parking.
