Be careful of the cancellation policy. We signed up for the 3 month membership. Provided them the cancellation notice on time but they continued to charge us. I contacted my bank. Next I will contact BBB. One positive-Kayla does an amazing job.

Feels even better than getting a massage! I have chronic upper back pain and shoulder injuries and getting stretched is like a breath of fresh air. It significantly improves my pain and gives me a moment of peaceful relaxation. It's nice having someone else stretch me because it allows me to stretch in a way thats impossible to do on my own. Enjoyed my experience for a few months, but when my work schedule changed I could no longer make it here regularly I decided to cancel. My first cancellation form was “lost”. I did not raise a fuss and simply filled out another one and was assured my account had been cancelled. I check my statement and see that I’ve still been charged 3 months since. I had to call multiple times before I could get a call back, at which time they finally agreed they had made a mistake. They cancelled my account and refunded me one month. When I protested that there should be 3 month of refunds I was hung up on, and have not received a call back since. Could be a good addition to the community if they had any business acumen. If someone makes it difficult/impossible to cancel, that should tell you how confident they are in the value of their services. I have protested charges with my CC company, filed with BBB and cannot recommend anyone do business here.

I went to the one on El Dorado and I was very impressed with the facility, staff and relaxing atmosphere. I used to work out a lot but had an injury. It has really helped with my flexibility and mobility. Megan is an awesome trainer!

I went for the introductory stretch and the flexologist was friendly and informative. It felt great and highly recommend!
