This place is incredible! I was intrigued by the sign outside and came in to check it out. The guy at the front was really nice and helpful and was able to fit me in for a quick 25 minute session. The session was with John who did an absolutely amazing job. He listened carefully to my specific needs. I feel so so much better in just 25 minutes. I will definitely be coming back and buying a membership because of my experience here. Huge shoutout to John for doing such a great job!!!

I have been going to Stretch Lab, once a week, since they opened in September, 2023. I am flexible and I wanted assistance to be able stretch even further. I started running in July, 2023 and my muscles are a lot tighter than they use to be. Going to Stretch Lab has helped me tremendously to keep my muscles stretched and flexible. I have worked with 4 different flexologists and I would recommend all of them. The place has a nice atmosphere and I really enjoy going there. Everyone is friendly and they really care about my health and wellbeing, beyond how flexible I am. I highly recommend that you give Stretch Lab a try!!!

I have never done any assisted stretching before, I have been doing sessions for about 5 weeks. I have to say mobility has been greatly improved and I'm so glad I signed up. Taariq has been phenomenal and super knowledgeable. Had a great attitude and genuinely cares about my well-being and progress. Also they have one of the best water filters I have seen! I highly recommend stretch lab and Taariq.

The staff is not only friendly but also demonstrate exceptional expertise. Their knowledge makes my entire session enjoyable and effective. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating stretch!

Had never been professionally stretched before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Manager at the front counter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the options and process. Atmosphere was inviting and equipment was very clean. Tony was easy to work with and I left feeling better than I have in a long time. I never thought I would do it but now I can’t imagine never doing it again.
