The flexologists are very nice. The billing practices, however, are horrible. Unless you read pages of fine print, be careful. I signed up for what I thought was a month of four sessions. I could not come every week so I had two left over. Then I saw they took another $169 out of my checking account. The manager (Allen) said he couldn’t refund my money because he already reinvested the money in his new business. what?? This is NOT the way you start and succeed in Business, You succeed by having happy customers and referrals from happy customers. He rudely did not care. DO NOT pay by credit card because they do not explain it well, nor do they refund any money.
I have been coming to Stretch Lab since they opened and I cannot recommend this place enough. I have many mobility issues and since I have been coming regularly, I have seen such improvement in my flexibility and general feeling of well being. Everyone is pleasant and kind. Annie is nothing short of amazing and is very talented, skilled and educated on all aspects of what she does to help me attain my goals. She has a plan for me and is helping me make great strides toward reaching my goals. I highly recommend Stretch lab and will continue to enjoy my visits for a long time to come.
Had a great experience here with the therapists, but the managers and how they handle billing is completely below board. I had paid monthly fee to to have unused credits saved to use later at my convenience. While this was happening, with zero communication, they charged me for entire other month! If I couldn't currently use the credits that I already paid for, which I was still paying to keep btw, why on earth would you charge me for for an entire other month?!?! I exchanged several emails and spoke on the phone and never got a defining answer. Good people doing the treatments here, this is not a comment on them at all. Just awful work in communicating their billing practices. Just be wary if you have to put anything on hold.
