Stephanie is phenomenal!! I have chronic pain and I honestly was not expecting much bc stretching is stretching, right? WRONG. I would take a session at stretch lab over a massage any day. My muscles feel so loose and relaxed. I cannot wait to go back! Also Ashley at the front desk is so kind and helpful!! You will not regret checking this facility out!

After my visit to StretchLab, I experienced a significant improvement in how I felt. Scott, the instructor, was absolutely amazing. However, I must admit that the packages they offer are a bit expensive. It would be great if they accepted insurance, as I'm currently contemplating whether to go for the package deal, which requires a 3-month commitment. Setting aside the price concern, I must say that I feel fantastic.

My wife and I come here every week. We really enjoy it! Scott and Becca are great! They both give us really good stretches that help with our movements. I feel really good after our sessions. I can’t praise Scott and Becca enough. Both are Highly recommended.!!!!

The Stretch Lab is so amazing! Their staff are very welcoming and friendly! My stretcher is Diane who is amazing! She’s very attentive to detail as she continues to assist me with my overall stretches! Keep up the excellent work!
