HI, I Was facing a knee replacement and decided to go to Stretch Lab before and after my surgery. This reduced my recovery time. Brandon at the Lake Pleasant location really helped me out getting ready before and after my sucessful operation. Thanks Stretch Lab and thanks again Brandon

I have only had 4 sessions, and I am so happy I made the decision to join StretchLab. My yoga practice has improved already, and I can see the difference in my general range of motion. I've worked with 3 different flexologists so far. Each of them are knowledgeable, kind, and work with you right where you are in your flex journey. My experiences with Corey S. have been the most therapeutic so far. He's great at communicating instructions, what muscle groups we're working, and providing directions when we're changing positions. He's also provided excellent feedback and tips for maintenance during the week. If anyone is still on the fence, here's your sign...DO IT! You won't regret it!

This place is amazing! I have been working with Paris for a few weeks now and the change is so dramatic. She is kind and patient and she has helped me so much. I sleep better, have less pain and my energy has increased. I am preparing for surgery and my surgeon has said our stretches will help considerably with recovery. Self care is important and I highly recommend Paris at StretchLab Peoria.

Stretching once a week here has really helped with my mobility. I could hardly turn my neck from side to side. After 6 stretches I’m 80% better. Highly recommend The Stretch Lab on Lake Pleasant Pkwy. Everyone is so friendly and the studio is super clean.

I've been going to Stretch Lab for a few weeks now and I always see Tracey. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and I am getting results and relief! I always feel good after a visit. The whole staff is very nice. So happy I found this place!
