StretchLab

Started coming 2 months ago and thought a couple stretches and I’d be done…I was wrong! I come every Sunday and look forward to it every week. It’s helping with my overall flexibility, mood and chronic headaches. Zuhair is my flexogist and is terrific to work with-talented, informative, and educational!

Unfortunately I had to change my review. I ended up suffering a medical emergency (which proved to be quite expensive) that overstretching from StrechLab contributed to. They made me jump through some hoops to cancel, but reluctantly did allow it (their business model seems to be that of some gyms, sure you can cancel anytime, but with all of these very inconvenience steps). My objection is not that - but it’s good to know going in. My objection is they charged me for another month and informed me it was non refundable. If I end up in hospital I think that would sufficient for them to make an exception to a somewhat predatory and outdated way of bringing in revenue. Another thing to be mindful of is that they do have some knowledgeable and exceptionally competent “flexologists”, there are also some techs without sufficient knowledge to be working with clients without direct supervision.

I went for my 1st stretch a month ago at the behest of an already established client... Dave Hayes. They fell nothing short of perfection and delivered an incredible assisted stretch. I was particularly impressed with their digital assessment program manufactured by TRX specifically for them, to assess tight points in each individual. Had I given them a list beforehand, that program nailed every one of them. I was given a very thorough full body assisted stretch, and was more than satisfied with the results. It's a very comfortable and pleasant environment, and highly recommend it.

I was forced to buy socks and they doubled charged me $15 for one sock. Very disappointed

I’m so happy you opened this Wheaton location. Elise does a great job with my stretches-she really makes a point to work on what bothers me most each session. Thanks to Julie and Megan and other support staff members, too. They are always helpful with scheduling and are very welcoming.
