Buyer Beware they don’t explain the details of of their contracts and they charge you automatically every month. I talked to the manager and she was no help. Because I didn’t send the a cancellation form in time they said I’m contractually obligated to pay for June and July. Of course I should have asked more questions at the time I signed up and that’s on me. My understanding was it was I could pay a month at a time by choice. It reminds me of the old gyms scams were you could get in but couldn’t get out. I was told if I don’t pay they will send me to collections. This is a Terrible way of doing business, shame on you StretchLab. I gave them 1 star because I Liked the service from the folks at Ft. Wright.

The service was great and so are the stretches but WAY overpriced. It's over $300 for 4 stretches and they put you on autopay and even when you tell them you do not WANT autopay, they charge you anyway. The GM Ashley is unreasonable, rude and a flat out liar. I told her I no longer wanted the 'plan' and she did NOT cancel it and wanted to charge me anyway. Absolutely ridiculous. It's a scam.

Hi Curt, I have talked to my staff and gotten all the details. I have been in Greece on vacation and they didn’t want to disturb me. However, I have been checking in I definitely should have been aware of this situation. They are certainly aware they should have told me now. I’m not allowing any of this behavior to happen! I want my staff to be professional and my clients to feel very well taken care of at all times. It’s obvious I need to button down the rules with some of the new staff!! Change is hard and sometimes the learning curve is not as easy as one would hope but I’m trying my hardest and I assure you things in the studio WILL get better and more professional ASAP! I love going there to get some good stretches in my hips and knees All therapists are great!

When I hit mid-30s, I started taking injuries I didn't used to take. I had appointments with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists and chiropractors. They all kept telling me I needed to stretch more. My wife bought me a gift card to StretchLab and the rest is more or less history. I've logged 61 stretches, so about 15 months, going once a week, and it has made a tremendous difference in my health and my awareness of my body. I've had great "flexes" who have helped me stretch in ways I didn't think I could (naturally inflexible) and who have helped me become more in-tune with why - for example - I often wake up sore in my back. I'm especially grateful to Billy and Justin for being particularly helpful to me over the past 6 months or so and pushing me to get the deepest stretches I can.
