I like how I feel after I’m done getting stretched there. Been using the same flexologist for several sessions and I think there’s some synergy to get know the same person for repeat sessions. Bought the 5-pack session. The one negative is the cost and I’m on the fence to continue based solely on that aspect.
My first stretch session with Ben was terrific. As a longtime athlete (running and strength training), taking time to stretch adds so much, but I’ve never been a fan of yoga and I know many who have gotten injured via long static yoga style stretching. The science behind StretchLab is solid, the staff is warm, friendly and informed. The work is satisfying and the results immediate. Give StretchLab Boise a try! I’m definitely looking forward to returning.
Update: second session (week later, again with Ben) keyed in on what I thought was a tight hamstring (from running) but was actually a tight piriformis muscle, which doesn’t release through conventional hamstring stretches. Fantastic sense of spaciousness afterwards and today while trail running.
Thankful for my one hour/week I spend at StretchLab. I am very active and the added stretch therapy has tremendously lessened much of my joint and muscle aches. I am able to feel stronger in my daily activities.
Went as a group with all different ages, shapes and sizes. We all had great results and will definitely be back! The staff was super accommodating and detailed, and a special shout out to the front desk staff with scheduling and checkin!
