The stretch lab is amazing. I wish my insurance would pay for me to go there.

I've been going regularly for a year or two and always feel so much better after! Justin is really attentive to what I need from the session. Highly recommend!

A.J. is so friendly and always has a smile. Amy and Emily are amazing, I always walk out of a session feeling revived.

Sadly enough this place was not a benefit at all. I went one time to incorporate stretching into my life along with my normal massage and chiropractor. In one session, this place had reversed the 8 years I worked so hard to keep my body in balance. I asked the owner to call me 3 weeks ago to discuss and have not heard since.

The staff here is super nice and welcoming. They did explain a very important part of the contract to me (non-intentional) so I had to be directed to the owner. The owner, Happy, is super unprofessional and does not take responsibility for things that are said by their employees. They hide behind technical facts and contracts but does not listen to or care about their customers. All she cares about is getting paid. Do not give them your money for an already over paid service. Highly disappointed with the service that I was provided today. Do better Happy. In regards to your comment on my review above: You lied. I did not scream at your employees. They were nice. You were not. You did not call me until I requested that you do. You are still hiding behind technical facts (and yes they were facts) and contracts. You are still not taking responsibility for what your employees said to me. Also, you were not taking a hit, as I would not have been able to come in to get services for the amount that would of been paid. NONE. You talk of being in a pandemic, yes we are. Do you not think that your customer could of lost a job, or had to get medication, or pay a bill. No, you didn't even ask. you literally said "oh well, you still have to pay for services that you will not use even if my employee told you the wrong thing". You were not listening to me and cutting me off. So please don't try and play the victim. I did call you a name and hang up on you, I won't lie about that, as you were very rude and not willing listen. You already made up your mind and did not care what I had to say. Again, do better Happy.
