Dany is the best! I have been going for 2 months and the impact has been incredible. Each session starts with a breakdown of what we need to work on. Keep in mind this is a stretch! She is working you, this is not a massage…you will be moved in ways you can not do solo. Ethan is great as well at the front desk, always a friendly hello and scheduling is easy! You will get a text message confirming your appointments. I have the once a week 50 minute session package.

I have been going to Stretchlab SoDo for a few months now and the difference is notable. My chiropractor had not seen me in 15 months and after the first adjustment, after that long break, he said with confidence in about a year my frequent headaches should stop or drastically reduce. Alvin is my flexologist and I love that he is so respectful, and he is very gentle in his treatment. Coming to get stretched professionally is now part of my routine and has helped with my own efforts at home, keeping consistent improvement as I can reach farther my limbs on certain poses.

I loved it. And my back felt so good during and after my stretch with Ashley. I love that she explained everything she did.

This was my very first time getting stretched like this, and although I was a bit nervous for my appointment, Lorrie made sure to make me feel comfortable. Not only was she gentle with me, she also took the time to educate me and recommend follow-up suggestions. I will definitely be back to visit!
