This place is awesome! Extremely friendly and professional staff. They're willing to work with your needs. They do an assessment of your balance etc. and then stretch according to that as well according to your concerns. All the while, they're very cognizant of your past injury history etc. Love it here!

The stretch tech was great but the worst customer service from front desk staff I’ve ever experienced. I was mislead on being able to purchase services with cash and then discriminated against for being a cash purchaser. Their logic does not make sense. Someone purchasing $1000 of services on a 3 month plan and they have you sign a contract to say you will pay (totally fine). I was told I could pay on a monthly basis on 2 occasions and then I was told that’s not the case after my first assessment visit after paying $50 (it’s $49 but they didn’t have change go figure). Cash payers, unlike credit card users who are offered monthly payment option, cash payers have to pay all cost upfront as “cash paying customers are unlikely to come back when paying monthly”. Then I was told the “cash paying customers would often not pay the $75 cancelation fee”. What is this logic? You just lost a customer. As a company who states values such as “caring” and “community” on their website they are anything but. More like misleading and discriminating. Better training needs to be given to all customer service persons dealing with in person, phone and email about what payment methods are offered and accepted. It’s a waste of everyone’s time otherwise.
