As we get older you feel so tight. When I heard of stretch lab. I immediately joined. Traveled to the Dominion location and had my stretch sessions by trained individuals. They have such a great staff there. I never felt so great after my sessions. I recommend that everyone should try out these great stretch’s that they put you through. Go talk to Valerie the owner or anyone of the staff, they can give you all the information you need. 5 stars

Michael has been amazing! He addresses any issues I have. I no longer have back pain and feel more energized. Looking forward to continuing to work with him as I work on my fitness goals.

Justin was impressive both from a knowledge and passion for what he is dedicated to do. I’ve spent over 30 years in healthcare and have developed speakers and met many knowledgeable doctors. Justin, while not a medical doctor is a healer. I was very impressed with him.

I joined Stretch Lab while they were still building out their facility. The staff is great, knowledgeable, skilled and encouraging. The facility is very clean and professional. My flexibility is improving as well as my range of motion. Really grateful for the service they provide. It has truly kept my leg flexible post joint replacement and allows me to lead a normal life physically.

I had an amazing experience!! Lindsay made the intake process simple. I highly recommend Micheal Z the flexologist, he explains the reasoning behind every stretch and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. 10/10
