My experience at StretchLab continues to exceed my expectations on every level. Great location, very functional and comfortable studio, easy online scheduling, fair pricing, and best of all… great flexologists! Special shout out to Chelsea who is amazing, knows and loves her craft, and takes real pride in delivering great experiences with life enhancing impact. She has helped my golf game more than she knows! :-))

I’ve been a client of StretchLab for over two years and they have done a world of good for me and my once ailing back. I see Johanna at least twice a month for 50 minute sessions and she takes care to first ask what parts of my body are stiff or sore and then will determine her course of action. Depending on whether it’s more upper body or lower back she will use various techniques to stretch those muscles while always making sure I’m comfortable. And she always achieves her mission in the 50 minutes of our session to relieve the tightness I’ve created from all my strenuous activities I’ve put onto myself. Johanna and StretchLab have helped my back while helping me gain back my confidence in pushing myself, physically, just that little bit more. I guess you could say, they’ve got my back.

Abby is great! I have been having some shoulder/neck pain and she has helped work me through it. Offering tips and advice to stretch at home as well as relieving my tight muscles in office. Go see Abby! Highly recommend.

I love my stretch sessions with Johanna. She so competent and listens to me and my body!! She gives me things to work on at home too. I always look forward to my appointments!
