StretchLab

I love this StretchLab. As I have gotten older I lost so much flexibility, especially because I run, cycle, and lift weights. StretchLab has helped me regain my flexibility, decrease aches and pains and been incredibly beneficial to my active lifestyle. There are so many great people there, but my personal favorite is Brittany. She pushes me to my limits to help me but never over does it! I look forward to my appointments every week and always leave feeling better than ever!

I highly recommend StretchLab Wexford. I began going to StretchLab as I have been working through some pain and disruption to my exercise and activity routine following hip surgery. I completed an introductory assisted stretch session, and was so impressed and left feeling fantastic. As I have continued with my weekly stretch sessions, I have noticed significantly improved flexibility, posture and less pain. My flexologist, Ben, is extremely knowledgeable, professional and is helping me to meet my wellness goals. No two of my stretch sessions have been the same, as he tailors my stretch on how I am feeling. He also provides me with recommendations on stretches that I can do at home to optimize my outcomes. I like that StretchLab offers 25 and 50 minute stretch sessions, are conveniently located, maintains a clean/comfortable environment, have a fabulous team and are passionate about helping their clients to feel their best. StretchLab has been a game changer for me.

I have been going to StretchLab Wexford every week since March of this year and have had the best experience. My flexologist, Ben, is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, personable, and a true professional. He customizes my stretch so I gain the maximum benefit, and I have experienced amazing results in the form of reduced pain that allows me to be more active. I feel so much better and motivated after my 50 minute sessions and look forward to them every week. I highly recommend StretchLab!
