Stretch Lab is AMAZING and I can't recommend it enough. Before going to stretch lab I had extremely tight hips, stiff neck and constant knots in my shoulders. Malik would work his magic and make me leave feeling like a new woman every time! So much better than a massage!

I have been in chronic pain for years. It got to the point I could barely move my neck and my entire back hurt all the time. Malik has worked with me a couple of months, twice a week and the mobility I have now is astounding. Although I’m not 100% pain free, I feel like a new person. I can move, twist, turn my neck without wincing or it bringing tears to my eyes. Before Malik, I worked with Austin a couple of times, who was also wonderful and knowledgeable but I had a scheduling issue with a couple of his availabilities and was paired with Malik. Both guys are knowledgeable, friendly, polite and have helped me so much. I no longer take Ibuprofen for my pain.

I love Stretch Lab! Hannah is the best! She is extremely skilled, concentrates on making my body work optimally, and is so much fun to be around that I look forward to my weekly time with her. Stretch Lab, you’ll see me around for a long time! !

I recommended everyone have this experience at least once. It’s worth the cost. I walked in with significant pain and tension, but I walked out greatly reduced pain and tension gone. Malik was gentle and knowledgeable. The facility is clean customer service was amazing.

I felt great after my StretchLab session. Malik and the entire team were very accommodating and great to work with. I look forward to my next StretchLab session. I highly recommend StretchLab! 💯
