Since I'm getting back into working out and boxing I have been looking for a place to help getting stretched out and it was worth it after my first visit I sighed up Kylee was amazing and the manager was a really cool guy. Definitely recommend

I’m a huge fan of Stretch Lab!!! This group specifically was so welcoming and warm, they asked all the right questions to figure out how to best help me, they made certain that I was in good hands, And the flexologist made me feel really really comfortable! I would recommend this location! Also the owner is super nice, and quite funny!! Highly recommended!

I’ve been visiting Stretch Lab for about 3 months now. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Great text reminders on appointments too. I’m more in tune with my body and working points. There are stretches I practice to keep improving to my next visit. I feel lighter and range of motion is so much better. The clicking I had before is almost gone. I love the different tools used to get the blood flowing, helping those muscles work better. Thank you Stretch Lab, 1940 S Val Vista Dr., Mesa ! Great location !! Awesome people!!

I love going to StretchLab. As a former dancer, I’m already really flexible but I’ve got tightness in some areas where it really helps to have someone else stretch you. Kylee is amazing and knows how far to push me to increase my flexibility even more. I’ve gone to Anthony as well and he really helped ease my neck tension after sitting at the computer all day. I highly recommend going to StretchLab on a regular basis to keep your body feeling good.

Rico was wonderful! His knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology were exactly as I would expect for someone stretching me and advising on mobility. Just the right amount of education about what was happening while getting my first stretch! Very happy I found this studio. I felt zero pain and I do feel like it helped my problem areas! StretchLab Mesa is clean and inviting. To say the least ... I will be back!
