Update 4/10/23 This shady company just sent me a past due bill for $74 for a membership I never signed up for. StretchLab in Wake Forest is located in the Wake Forest Crossing Shopping Center, near Ross and Michaels. I had read about StretchLab in a local magazine and thought it would be helpful with my tight Achilles tendons. So I made an appointment online for my day off and selecting a specific therapist after reading the backgrounds of the flexologists. I thought all was good to go and Maddie even called me that morning to confirm my session with that therapist. So imagine my surprise when the woman who walked in the door moments before me was assigned the therapist I was scheduled with. Maddie had decided on her own without consulting me to switch things. She didn't respect the appointment I made or my time. I left as it just wasn't right for a business to change who booked your appointment with minutes before your appointment. I did not have a positive experience at StretchLab in Wake Forest. Maybe one of the other locations is more professional and they don't give away your appointment. I do not recommend this location. Thankfully I am only out of money for the trial session. I wasn't able to transfer it to another StretchLab that is managed better.

I had a horrible experience with a new therapist. I had trouble getting any appointments, no therapist's were ever available. I asked for my subscription to be cancelled, never felt comfortable having to have a subscription anyway( shady) . Then when I explained to the manager and owner I would be no longer using the services and to cancel my subscription, I was told I would STILL be charged for the services even though I would not be using them! My experience as a customer would rate the management as 1 out of 5. You are better off searching out a qualified masseuse. My mistake for ever trusting a franchise such as this, it's only about money and not about building quality services so your business grows organically. I would have gone back, but the way they treat people like ATM machines is abhorrent. Save your money, save your time.

I walked in for my appointment and the receptionist looked at me and never said a word. I was about 15 minutes early and during that time, no one said anything to me, asked if I needed help or what I was even doing there. Finally, the "flexologist" came over and introduced himself. He was very nice and explained the introductory process. He seemed to be quite knowledgeable and probably could have helped me with my flexibility issues. After he finished, he took me over to the receptionist (Erin) who opened her laptop and showed me a screen of the various programs that they offered. I told her I'd like to think about their membership levels and she said "OK", turned and walked away. I thought that $328 per month for a once-a-week 50 minute visit was high. Given the overall lack of professionalism demonstrated by most of the staff, I would not go back.

Kailee is the best. I have been going to Stretchlab for 1year now and feel better every visit. Could barely walk and with her expertise I walk every day. Thank you Stretchlab for Kailee. Carolyn Kinas

Team is very professional and knowledgeable. I feel better with each visit. Gaining mobility in my knees. My wife and I are benefiting from their skills and look forward to working with them to regain our flexibility. The sessions are great and the instructions for continuing stretches at home is easy to follow. We look forward to working with Cameron, Kaylan, and the rest of the team to achieve greater flexibility. A great team to work with!
