I've been a member since January of this year, and I believe it has benefitted me more than anything else. The staff and the flexalogist are amazing. Sam always greets me with a smile while Marcus or Daniella await to give me a tremendous stretch. Also, the new manager, Scott, is an amazing add-on to the team.

Sam and Marcus provided excellent customer service! I was thoroughly pleased with the knowledge Marcus had about my issues as well as the techniques used to focus on my areas of need. I felt a lot better when I got up and will be back for a few 50 minute sessions. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is poorly managed if even managed at all. Appointment no shows, cancellations, a scheduling system that doesn’t recognize 25 min appointments, a GM who doesn’t return phone calls when spoke to him directly, emails that go unanswered. I mean this place doesn’t do anything right. For what I paid for 3 months, I expected better service than this. DO NOT JOIN THIS PLACE! You will regret it.

Called this morning at 8:30am (talked to the front desk lady Nicole) scheduled an appointment at 10:00am for a much needed stretch. She confirmed with me on the phone 10:00am is good with Aelish! When I got there she acted like she never talked to me and told me that she doesn’t remember talking to me or doesn’t remember me scheduling my appointment! I looked down on her phone as she pretending to not know, and my name & number was right there in her phone while she is telling me this. Her phone & mine both showed what time I called & how long we talked as she still proceeded to act like I never called. Wasted an hour driving & my wife had to re-schedule her Dr. appointment for me to come.

I did a first introductory visit at this location in Ashburn VA, and then they promoted a 3-month membership at $329/mo that I regrettably agreed to accept. Every time I looked at the app they said made it easy to schedule, there was often no one available to schedule, or maybe one person with a few limited times. It basically made it extremely difficult if not impossible to schedule a session if you are hoping to have any level of flexibility. I ended up not being able to use the membership, and frankly, I suspect the 3-month lock-in is a very conscious decision. I then called to cancel and they told me I had to pay another $329 fee as "notice" for canceling. I'd be very wary of signing up with this outfit. I basically paid $1000+ and had nothing to show for it.
