StretchLab

Due to a car accident, my exercise routine has been non existence. I needed help with flexibility and range of motion. Mckynzie has been great! She is so thoughtful and respectful. Mckynzie won't push you any further than you want to go with your stretches. She listens, she's patient, and if you want the "extra" challenge on any stretch, Mckynzie will definitely work with you. I can feel the difference, in a good way!

I have been going for stretches now for about 6 weeks. I feel more flexible and I am getting about 20 extra yards on my golf drives. I can now see the club head on my follow through. The stretching really seems to work!

Katie began working with me after a work injury to my low back. I was in rough shape. After 3 sessions I was able to go deeper and the muscle spasms lessened. I am sleeping better and moving better. Posture is improving too.

5 Stars for the new Stretch Lab location in Destin! Stretch Lab is a nice alternative to massage or physical therapy, and Amie and her crew of certified staff are consistently excellent at their profession. Nice open concept layout and conveniently located off Commons Drive next to Fresh Market.
