StretchLab

For the past two months, I had been stretching at StrechLab with Sylvia. Sylvia is very good and knows her job throughly. She has helped me with my flexibility so much. She is someone who values her customers so much. Always makes me feel comfortable with so much of attention to detail. I value my experience with Sylvia and StrechLab and is thinking of continuing with my stretches for long term.

I do NOT recommend. All they want is money and the girls do not do good stretches. Charged me even after telling them for months I was moving away. No one cancelled my subscription or let me know that my credits are not transferring across the state. Now they have continued to charge me knowing I moved away and will never be able to use my credits. The last girl stopped mid stretch and walked off because she didn’t realize my time was up. Didn’t complete my last session. Do not recommend!!

It is amazing how much a 30-50 minute session benefits me. If you’re looking for better sleep, wanting to feel relaxed, or revitalized with mobility go to stretch lab in Carrollwood. I’ve been going for two months and I feel awesome. I highly recommend Josh and you will not be disappointed! Can’t wait for my next session.

I have been a member for almost 2 months and I can tell you that I can tell a huge difference in my over all health and wellness! The progress I have made has actually made me feel younger! My therapist is Kaya. She is so great, she knows and cares about just what will help me to stretch and feel better, not only while I am there but she also assigns homework to aid in my progress. I really cannot say enough about the good that I am getting from this. It has put a new spring in my step! At 80, that is saying something!

This Stretchlab location has the best staff. They are very customer service oriented and their staff are knowledgeable. This is a great service for those who don't have the ability to stretch properly on their own. Highly recommended for anyone from novice to expert.
