StretchLab

I was skeptical at first, but now Stretch Lab is a regular part of my routine. My husband and I go every week and it’s been really helpful w recovery after workouts. I definitely don’t stretch enough on my own, so this is a great option if you’re like me. Definitely try diff therapists until you find the one that’s a good fit for you! I like seeing Jose and Veronica!

Veronica is kind and cares very much about my needs to improve my flexibility . She always has my best interest . My back and hamstrings are doing so much better. She’s intuitive, and makes sure that she does what I need most that day. When she works with me and knows what I need most she always work those areas and I feel the difference. I trust her and know she is there to help me .

Very professional and she really knows what she's doing. She will work real good on the most problematic part of the body, even give the scientific name of the muscle or tissues, on top of the regular stretch routine. Amazingly, it's always a body refresh feeling every after session with Veronica. Her skills and techniques are no doubt very effective. She should share some of them to her colleagues.

Sarah Wire is a very skillful, professional, and experienced stretcher. She always gives quality works, and also tips for home exercises. I highly recommend her! All staff are very friendly, too.
