StretchLab

I love stretch lab! I go once a week and work out all the tightness from my job and my exercises. It helps me recover when I’ve over done it, and gives me better mobility for yoga! I highly recommend this for regular wellness care.

Jessica is great at providing a great stretch while taking into consideration my physical conditions. I always enjoy this one hour of stretching where I get to slow down and take care of my health. I always leave feeling better than how I came in and it is a great way to reset each week!

Feeling better every week! I can see my progress after every session. La’Tura is amazing and knows exactly what do to help me feel strong and more limber. Hip pain is greatly reduced and old sports injuries are soon to be a thing of the past. I can’t even describe how liberating this is and how much it’s improved my workouts, mobility and my attitude about being in my 50’s. Jessica helped me with proper stretches to do at home to get the most from every session. She’s so good! Joining StretchLab is the smartest thing I’ve done for my body in years!

This place is awesome! I always feel energized walking out. La’Tura is an amazing beam of light with the patience of a proper parent. I’ve been a member for 3 months or so at the Bellaire location and can definitely notice a positive difference in my day-to-day routine.

I definitely did not get enough stretching done during my 50 min session. She mostly used the theragun instead of stretching me. It felt a waste of money since I have a massager of my own at home and I came to get stretched. Also I told her to not be so gentle since this is not my first time and she wouldn’t listen.
