StretchLab

We had StretchLab Hudson come out to support our community peer support equity and self-care event. They did amazing and we got rave reviews from our attendees that assisted stretching was nothing like they had ever experienced and they loved it.

Issy was the best! She explained the process very well, so I knew what to expect from my visit, and each stretch! Great relaxing studio! I have scheduled my next 2 sessions, and I plan to make this a priority in my life! Thanks again, Issy!

I always feel refreshed and reset after a stretch at Hudson. Everyone is always so welcoming! I came into my session today holding a lot of tension in my upper body and hips. Sarah addressed these problem areas and is very receptive to how and where I am feeling the stretch. Her background with trauma informed yoga is evident and translates into her stretching routines. She is just an overall great human being!
