StretchLab provides a great service to help folks properly and safely stretch and gain flexibility, getting the angles and pressure of stretches focused on the muscles in a way that can't be done solo. I see it as a valuable addition to an exercise and/or wellness program. Brian's definitely one of their best, but he still has slots available!

Maggie is the best! She has definitely helped me with some lower back tightness, and I always feel great and so relaxed after a session. She will target specific areas that are extra tight. I’m starting to feel the difference in my flexibility and range of motion. Thank you Maggie!

Be aware, when I signed up the manager who is no longer there said I was signing up for a 3 month membership. I have been billed up to $2,000 because they signed me up to subscription! This has been done to many people according to people who work there. It is dishonest and the owner has no integrity. They desperately must need the money. People that work there you should find another place to work.

Maggie is always so warm and helpful. It is just an enjoyable experience, and she creates a space where I am comfotable.

I hurt the first week Went in for a second 50. min session the second week it really helped a lot. I wonder what the 3 rd session will do! Getting better and better! Thanks to Sergei
