Had a great experience here. Alanna was super friendly and really listened to where I needed the most support. Definitely coming back to get stretched by her again.

Brendan is the absolute best. He uses his Physical Therapy background to inform his sessions, and I leave feeling so much better than when I got there every time. He’s also taught me how to better stretch on my own, which has helped tremendously.

Brenden is a rockstar. He's knows his stretches in and out and will guide you through the entire process. I felt extremely relaxed during my session and after like I could walk on air. I highly recommend giving him a shot!

My flexologist Brenden is amazing. He has worked in physical therapy before and it shows. He has vast knowledge of the muscles, combining stretching with trigger point massage. I have noticed a real difference since I've been seeing him at the 57th street Stretch Lab location and I highly recommend him and Stretch Lab.
