StretchLab

This place is amazing. They stretch you out and help you get deeper into your stretches, increasing flexibility. They have you do a squat and check your mobility and notice areas you are tight. They take feedback and alter their program to your needs. By the time you're done, you feel much more grounded and relaxed. It's fantastic and I would highly recommend.

Such a great experience. Definitely give this a try if you want to feel your absolute best. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. My flexologist was Madison B. and she was excellent!

I went for the first time after a pilates class which is conveniently a mile from my house and next to my Pilates studio!! I’ve had 30 minute stretches before massages previously but this is no comparison! George was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable! He asked all the questions in a way that just makes you feel not embarrassed plus more about my health background in general so he had more knowledge about my physique! He Started explaining what was going to happen next while finishing one stretch instead of just moving into it like my previous stretches somewhere else! plus verbally checking in with me often to make sure I was comfortable, which I was the entire time! My body felt AMAZING after; I had more energy, a better mood and swear I felt an inch taller!!! I will definitely be back to see George and highly recommend for EVERYONE! Stretching is so important and once you try it with a professional, it’s life changing!!!

I loved my visit to StretchLab! Everything about the studio is so inviting and welcoming. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, the cleanliness of the studio, the natural lightning, and the atmosphere make StretchLab the PERFECT place to visit after a long week. Can’t wait to continue coming back and leave feeling new again.

I was trying to relieve tightness from working out, running around after little kids, and sitting for 8+ hours almost every day. The staff is great and after several sessions, I feel looser and less achy. I am definitely more flexible and movement is much easier. I am hooked and now go in regularly! I highly recommend StretchLab!
