The stretch lab is perfect for my wellness regimen. My specialist Ryan at the Highland location was very knowledgeable. Before my stretch session, we completed a body scan to identify where I’d needed more focus on and how to monitor my progress. Ryan, also provided aftercare at home stretch for me as well. Overall, my body left feeling relaxed and less tensed. I’d recommend this business to anyone.

Today I saw Amber! Lord HELP people who do take drugs, injections and pills to relieve pain; some of which could be alleviated with stretching! I'm so thankful that I have the wonderful option of coming to the Stretch Lab here @ Morningside. I came in with the remnants of sciatic pain that I have wrestled with for more than a month. This is a constant shooting pain in the butt/lower back down the leg, lodging as it wills to move in my thigh, knee and/or calf - sometimes even down to the ankle/foot. Having been in South Georgia for the past 3 months, I couldn't get to the Stretch Lab! So I ended up going to the physician and getting an injection. That brought some relief and then I asked to go to PT so that I perhaps get what I get at the Stretch Lab. "You can't settle for LESS when you've had the BEST! Michael is gone now (I miss you Michael) but thank God Amber was available. I left the Stretch Lab and went to Target for a little shopping PAIN FREE! Either the PT therapist will have to show me the same kind of stretching or I'll have to get to Atlanta ~ weekly! AT 67, SINCE I WANT TO THRIVE; IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE!!!! Love My Stretch Lab Fam...I hear they take Silver Sneakers Insurance!!!!!

Once again, today I delighted in having a StretchLab experience with Athena. (She provided me my very first.) Stretching and limbering up muscles and ligaments is not only a must for me but also an absolute joy. I've seen and heard the expression that this place or that, this activity or that, is my happy place. Well, Stretchlabs is definitely one of my happy places. Thanks to professionals like Athena that keep me coming back for a wonderful StretchLab experience time and time again.

My visit was great from the time I entered the door. Rowan was very nice during the check-in. Darshnawas excellent. She was kind and took her time to explain everything to me. She made feel totally comfortable and would definitely return to her again.

AMAZING! Been coming for 3 months and it has made such a difference! I can feel the benefits of the stretches in my day to day, working out and posture! I seen several people and honestly have not had a bad session! Highly recommend this service but also this location in particular. You are always greeted by a friendly face and the facility is clean!
