Best I've felt in years. After this one treatment I feel better than I've felt after nearly every massage I've ever had. Sara was professional, knowledgeable, non-judgemental, and patient. Can wait to work with her again.

A coworker told me about the StretchLab about three months ago. I went to a couple of sessions and was hooked. Everyone of the stretch technicians has been great so far. Today, 10/05/23 was exceptional with Ryan. Earlier in the week, I pulled a muscle in my lower back, and could barely walk. I had been in a lot of pain all week, but after I had a session with Ryan I felt so much better. I had scheduled a 50 minute session with Ryan and she was phenomenal with what she did. She focused on my area of pain (lower back) the whole time, and now I feel almost like my old self again. I could touch my toes before I left. I would recommend the StretchLab to any, and everyone not just for pain, but just overall wellbeing. Thanks so much!

Echoing the sentiments of another post here: it's not about the product or money, it's about the customer service. I LOVE Ryan and the team here and had wonderful experiences with them. Ryan is very talented and knows how to help you through all sorts of issues -- I cannot recommend her highly enough. The issue is the Gray, the area manager. Not only is he rude, but he's also incredibly short-sighted and lacks even the most basic understanding of customer service. I'd had two issues over the course of my three-month package, and in both circumstances, he was brash and disrespectful. He interrupts and speaks over you, and he is abrupt and unprofessional in his responses. The first issue I had was a scheduling issue where he texted to tell me my appointment was cancelled less than one hour before I was due to arrive due to someone leaving early, and I desperately needed this appointment. When I called to ask if there was any way he could get me in, his dismissive response was "I don't know what you want me to do." Like the other reviewer below, I had a package that was only supposed to charge my card for three months. The contract process was handled on a screen turned away from my view in the Venice location, and it was only turned around for me to sign. My card was charged again on the fourth month, so emailed inquiring, but I did not receive a response. So I called, and Gray answered. Once again, he interrupted and spoke over me before I could even get a full sentence out saying, "you can do a chargeback, but I have the contract I can show corporate, so it doesn't matter." Not only was this a misrepresentation when I signed up, but when I called to inquire and simply get the charge reversed, this was a cold, and shortsighted view. I would have continued to go to StretchLab as-needed (I'm no longer in training for a major event), but now, I definitely won't. StretchLab, if you're listening, you have a problem. I suggest you talk to employees and customers about this manager because he's going to ruin a good thing.

RYAN was excellent. She really knew where I needed help once she started working on me. Front desk gal was super nice, assisting me on a sessions purchase. Manager, Gray is the BEST! So personable and a supreme benefit to StretchLab.
